Appointment-Related Conditions
Scheduling Appointments:
Our company offers in-office and telehealth appointments for our psychiatric mental health and behavioral services. You can schedule your appointment through our website or by calling our office. If you wish to reschedule or cancel the appointment, we ask you to provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
Late Arrivals:
If you are late for your appointment, call our office to notify us of your expected arrival time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, but please keep in mind to inform us as early as possible.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” We reserve the right to charge you a fee for missed appointments or no-shows.

Payment:

Insurance:
